The *****KOSTA'S hotel is the only VIP hotel in Podgorica, the leading one among the hotels of the business world. It is the only hotel in the centar part of Montenegro that has the Class of five stars,*****, and is the winner of the Gold medal, i.e. plaque of the town of Podgorica at the manifestation of “Let's chose the best for 2002” , the Bronze one at the international fair of tourist & hotel industry from the “Family Aid Project” , as well as meny other similar letters, commendations and compliments since when we have started to work and offer our services, which the tourist offer of the town of Podgorica and Montenegro.
The location of the hotel, as a very important segment of the business hotels, is more than perfect, since we are in the east part of the town center, some ten minutes from Airport and les than five from the Bus & Railway Station.

The *****KOSTA'S hotel has at its disposal extremely luxurious apartments, which are air conditioned and equipped with stereo with CD-player, television and a Satellite programs, a telephone and the internet connection, a minibar with ecological still drinking watwer (hot&cold), anti allergic air conditioned mattresses.
All the apartments have kitchen, some of them are equipped with computers, saunas, gladiators, jakuzi and hydro massage baths. Our apartmens cover the area of 40m2 to 102m2 as is determined by the European standards. The capacity of the hotel is 46 beds (which are out of standards regarding their size-2.20m x 0.90m for the single one, and 2.20m x 2.20m for double bed). Within the hotel the guests can enjoy and use the restaurant, salon, a non-stop working cafe, massage parlor and room service.

The hotel is decorated with taste and style, the interior is enriched with different antiques and rare objects and pieces of art, as well as with a very nice furniture and paintings. The *****KOSTA'S hotel offers business and tourist arrangements to attractive destinations all over Montenegro, rent-a-car service, passengers transportation to & from the Airport. There is a parking lot of the cars and tourist buses, copletely under the video supervision. The particular stress is put on the safety & piece of our guests, as well as on the fulfillment of every possible condition related to, and important for, their psyhological state. There is a stadium in the vicinity, so that the sportsmen or those who need resreation can take the advantage of it.
